President
Jennifer Jedrlinic is the President of Knowledge Systems, LLC. Jennifer has specialized in Technology recruitment since 1999. Her recruitment has varied from executive placements within the Big Four Consulting firms to running comprehensive placement campaigns for ERP implementations. Her experience and network help to provide premium consultants who maintain Knowledge System's sterling reputation.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland.
Lee Ellen Sawyer
VP of Human Resources
Lee is the Vice President of Human Resources at Knowledge Systems, LLC. Lee worked for human resources departments at leading companies such as Marriott and Verizon Business. She has extensive experience implementing and support HR systems and programs. Lee was responsible for the design and deployment of incentive compensation programs for Marriott corporation. She previously worked in sales and client services roles at UPS and other leading companies.
Lee Ellen holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Maryland.
David Jedrlinic
VP of Sales and Recruiting
Prior to Knowledge Systems, David was the President of DAJ Consulting.
David is an expert with
PeopleSoft Financials, HRMS and Supply Chain systems. He
has led the implementation and
support of ERP applications at Fortune 500 companies including Freddie Mac,
MCI, Nextel, Blue Cross
Blue Shield and Providian Financial. David also has extensive
experience in the
application service provider industry, and led client support initiatives
at USi, one
of the
pioneering companies in the ASP industry.
David holds a B.A. in Economics from the University
of Maryland.
David Sawyer
VP of Operations and Technology
David is responsible for leading the technology and services at Knowledge Systems. David has over twelve years of experience managing enterprise applications for start-up, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. David was previously the Director of CRM Development at MCI where he led Siebel development and support to deliver the application to 9,000 sales reps for the commercial and corporate business groups.
David has received the CIO 100 award and was ranked #11 on Infoworld magazine's list for his IT projects. He holds a U.S. Patent pending as lead inventor for integration technology with enterprise applications. David also has extensive experience in the application service provider industry where he led ERP and CRM Application Engineering at USi, one of the pioneering companies in the ASP industry.
David holds a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
