Pay

Knowledge Systems pays our consultants above the industry average. Our pay package consists of a combination of base pay and a bonus structure paid quarterly. Our consultants work hard to make Knowledge Systems successful and share in the results of our success

Employee referral program - $2,500 employee referral fee for any referred employee new hire after 6 months of employment
