Project Manager

Knowledge Systems has an immediate opening for a Project Manager.


This position requires a minimum of a Masters degree or equivalent + 1 year of experience OR Bachelors degree + 5 years progressive experience in design and development of database applications.

Position:
PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

Location:
Washington DC / Nationwide

Knowledge Systems has immediate openings for PeopleSoft Technical Consultants. These positions will
provide on-site development and configuration to support our client’s project initiatives.

These positions require a minimum of (2) two years of PeopleSoft development experience. Candidates
should have expertise in PeopleTools, SQR, App Engine, PeopleCode. Additional experience with Crystal
reports and nVision is desired.

 

Position:
PeopleSoft Financials Developer

Location:

Vienna, VA

Responsible for customized PeopleSoft financials systems solutions to government and commercial clients.  Develops interfaces between financial systems, custom reports, and custom modules; adjusts workflows, and customizes data tables to include proprietary information.   Performs implementations, upgrades, development and support of client PeopleSoft Financial Systems. 

Assists in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing

applications. Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and  identify and resolve business systems issues. Create system design proposals.

Researches, documents, and implements program requirements and specifications.

Analyzes, plans, and executes PeopleTools and application upgrades.

Writes programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.

Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

Ensures that testing activities will allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

Produces reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking.

Ensures all change control policies and procedures are followed and adhered too.


Reporting

Charts existing processes in order to define current reporting activities for the development of existing and future reporting procedures and models.

Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define reporting requirements and goals.

Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in reporting systems across the organization.

Support

Provides primary technical support for PeopleSoft applications

Fields incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues within servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems.

Tests fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

Performs preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes, etc.

Requirements

BS in Computer Science and 5 years software development experience with 1 or more years developing PeopleSoft Financials.

Siebel Consultant

Location:
Nationwide

Knowledge Systems has immediate openings for Siebel Consultants. These positions will provide on-site development and configuration to support our client’s project initiatives.

These positions require a minimum of (2) two years of Siebel development experience. Candidates should have expertise in Siebel Tools configuration, Data Migration, Integration, Testing, and Customization of Siebel 7.7, Siebel 7.5.x. Experience with Analytics, EIM, Workflows, Assignment Manager, CTI, Actuate Report Server and Actuate Reports is desired. Expertise in functional configuration of Siebel Call Center and/or Siebel Sales is also desired. Experience with Siebel ePharma, CME, eFinance & eMarketing applications is desired.

These positions will require 100% travel to various locations within the U.S. and Canada.
